Broadband poor

When I check my router it says I'm receiving 502mb to it but having had no issues for months, I am now getting, for example, 9mb to my computer. Noticed it mid afternoon and getting steadily worse. Max I've had this afternoon is about 50mb but generally hovering around 20 or 30, not good enough Sky

@Joe112 Sounds like a Wi-Fi issue rather than your actuall internet connection, full fibre generally either works or doesn't. Have you tested the connection on a wired device?
