I'm a new customer and I received a message saying that the internet would be released today but it doesn't work

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreToday isn't over yet as the activation can take place at anytime up to and sometimes beyond midnight so if it isn't working in the morning you will need to call Sky to find out what is happening.
