Hi I had ongoing internet signal issue because the wifi upstairs sometimes is not connecting because the wifi signal from the hub is not strong enough despite, despite I live in a 1 floor house.
Also sometimes even downstairs the signal just goes off. I tried to get in touch a week ago to the customer support but no one got back to me.
I need to end my contract if I cannot recive the service I'm paying for.
Regards
Renato D.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Rennyboy Sky only make extremly limited guarantees around WiFi coverage as they are not in control of the layout or type of construction of your home so you wont be able to leave your contract for that reason. It is increasingly common thst you need more than a single free wifi hub to get usable wifi in every room. Sky will sell you an add-ob they call WiFi Max which can provide up to 3 extenders see https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-wifi-max
