Hi, I wonder if anyone could put me in the right direction please. We had full fibre gigafast broadband installed in October 2024 and there was a new customer offer of a £100 gift card. I've had no correspondence in regards to this, any idea how I can claim it? I'm struggling to find an email or talk to a live person via chat? Thanks.
