Internet connection issues

Lots of:

buffering

can't access YouTube without multiple tries - then buffers 

same with discovery+
also menu not available 'not connected to internet' message on screen

the hub is wired by Ethernet directly from WiFi hub to Q box

I'm having the same issue, I've done the tests & router is connected but internet isn't. I have Sky glass so no tv at all.
