Instant Pot Pro Plus - No WiFi Networks found

I'm having issues with an Instant Pot Pro Plus multi cooker (with WiFi connectivity), where it will not recognise any WiFi networks. I assumed it might have been a fault with the first unit I received but I'm encountering the same with it's replacement.

So, it's obviously looking like a device issue but before I return it I was wondering if anyone had had any experience with this particular device?

With a white Max Hub you may need to reduce the wireless security level from WPA3 to WPA2-PSK using the Hub settings in the My Sky app.

You can use the same settings to temporarily disable the 5Ghz WiFi band: remember to re-enable it afterwards if you do this.

Thanks for that. I'd split 5ghz out but hadn't tried that. I'll have a look.

I don't have the max hub so it's already set to WPA2-PSK. Even if I turn security off entirely, it still doesn't pick any networks up.

It doesn't look like there's a way to manually add the device's MAC address  - am I right?
