Internet connection is dropping out multiple times a day
My internet connection is dropping out multiple times a day for 10 to 15 minutes at a time. Either have no light or flashing light on my box.

@fhexx34 if the service checker in the My Sky app isnt picking up the fault and offering to book an engineer to check your line call. Sky. Howevercwhether they can get Openreach to accept a fault report will depend onntge number of line drops as the cabinet equipment is programmed to stabilise the line and Openreach only intervene when that reaches its limit.
