My Internet connection keeps dropping out. I'm having to reset my connection several times a day.

My Internet connection keeps disappearing, and Im having to reset several times every day. This has only become a problem, after I changed my monthly Sky package recently.

I'm having the same problem.

Can anyone advise how to get to talk to someone at Sky?

I've tried all the online help (which is good, but has not worked in my case) and the chatbot, but have got no further.

It's very frustrating to lose the internet during an online working session - it's affecting my business now - Help!!

Re: My Internet connection keeps dropping out. I'm having to reset my connection several times a day

My connection keeps dropping and I can't navigate my way around the website to get help, I'm just going around in circles. I have tried calling but I haven't managed to speak to a human being. I'm an OAP in a council bungalow with a homehelp connection - every time my connection drops, a voice from the homehelp box booms out at me to check my connection.  I'm getting frustrated and upset at the lack of progress I am making. How can I get this fixed please?

I've left this provider, if they not giving you the service they promised then can leave without charges. Never going back to sky again.

@Jason1968 if you want help, from forum members you would need to give more information but often when you haveca fault switching ISP just means the fault follows you. If you are in contract then Sky is under no obligation te release you until they have tried and failed to sort the problem.
