This has been a ongoing issue that seems to come and go. Today my broadband connection has been dropping in and out all day.

If it finds an external fault it should enable you to book an engineer.

Hi my test does not complete and gives this message, the internet icon starts to flash orange and eventually comes back online

I did not ring sky yet as its my parents account so I am not actually on the account but will have to do it tomorrow

Yes I have the same,takes me at least 10 minutes before I can log in. Try and complain it is impossible to get a satisfactory answer or speak to an operator. TRansferred from Bt probably the worst decision I have made, no problems with BT. Anyone at Sky like to comment !
