Internet connecting however not working properly

So the internet is connecting and states no issue however on every TV/Computer it is stating that there is a connection error even though WiFi states it's working

The light is the white colour on the box and the internet does connect however when loading a webpage it won't connect.

oddly it works on iPhones but on TV, Computer, laptop it doesnt

Just to add even when setting up the new sky glass that won't work it states connection to broadband router but no connection to internet.
