Internet and wifi
Thinking of changing internet supplier. Every day actually several times a day the internet or WiFi drops we have no signal but the circle of doom. The hub shows all green lights check on the sky app states no problem. Surely we are not the only ones having problems ??????

@Debi+Warne if the lights on the hub stay green the most likely issue is poor WiFi in your home see https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-tips-when-working-from-home
