New Broadband Hub/Router
Took an offer to upgrade to Sky Full Fibre 150, came with the new hub/router.
So far terrible, TV's keep disconnecting, all mobile phones keep disconnecting, signal through the house was to be better but it's worse.
Anyone else having similar issues?

Re: New Broadband Hub/Router
@AaronBt41 you are not alone but given Sky have supplied many hundreds of thousand of these hubs most people find they are fine butof course we get more posts from people with issues.
First thing is check the hub is in the best position which is out in the open well off the floor on a surface above obstructions like radiators. Wifi signal strength is reduced whenever the signal passes through a solid object like a wall, more signal is lost if the wall is solid so if your home has these type of walls you are going to need an extender. Skywill supply these if you bought their WiFi Max package.
65inch Sky Glass, 3 Sky Streaming Pucks, Sky Ultrafast + and Sky SR213(white Wifi Max hub) main Wifi from 3 TP-Link Deco M4 units in access point mode
