Poor WiFi connection

Our WiFi is so poor that we have to go into setting and turn our WiFi off to make calls and use the internet

@Hurley2Rise several different possible causes you need to narrow down the issue by running the service checker in the My Sky appwhich will give you the most recent spedd to your hub and if you click through the history of tests for the last month with the guranteeed speed fir your line. If there is an issue there the app should offer further help or call Sky.
