Internet and voice light off and amber

The Internet light and voice light off. There is a guy outside fixing something yet it's saying no problem in the area?

@Kelandra And in that case your lights are indicating that you have NO broadband connection, hopefully the fix that he is doing is not by mistake disconnecting you, mistakes do happen!

I have the same right now, the internet light has gone off

Just weird how when you test the broadband at home it's showing no problems so obviously that's not showing accurate readings. There is 2 open reach vans outside just up the road so gonna ask them now xx

The open reach guy had made a mistake on something all fixed now good job asked them xx

Had you not done as you did then up the creek without the paddle!!!
