Eastbourne phone and internet been out all day, I rang sky, no help at all, just a message saying we are aware of a problem we will let you know when fixed. When is it going to be fixed especially the phone needed for access to health services.

I'll post again as my first reply has disappeared. As customers we can't tell you when it'll be fixed but Sky sometimes update their Twitter page
