Internet and landline

I have not had internet and phone since the 3rd October.  I have phone sky 4 times still waiting for issue to be resolved . Have told them that the problem is the line coming into my house via the by box which I can see loose wires. What else can I do

@cherylhiggins You can keep calling them and progress the Engineers visit, or time that they have possibly managed to get assigned for you!
