@Jaydee777 Sky only give very limited guarantees on WiFi coverage as WiFi signal strength is affected bybtge layout and type of construction of your home. Their "wall-to-wall" wifi guarantee is essentially a way of them selling you an addon like Sky WiFi Max.
If you post some details including your hub's connection stats as explained here Find your Sky Broadband router statistics forum members can advise the best solution. As a start though makecsure your hub is in the best position whi is out in the open on a surface above obstructions like radiators.
