Watching tv and every fee mintues everytbing pixelates , trying to load apps like netflix and will get to 25% loading and just stop and wont move any more. Literally cant even use what you pay for! Ive ran the connedtion from my devices with you sky checker and it says good, and it really isint good as its not working. This needs to be sorted asap

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Chrisp19921 run the network test innthe Netflix app's Get Help menu which will show the speed you streaming device is receiving. You need around 10Mb/s forcstreaming in HD and 25Mb/s for UHD. The most common issue is poor wifi speeds in your home which are very common.
There are things you can do yourself like making sure both the hub and the streaming device are out in the open not under or behind other kit - Firesticks in wall mounted TVs are a common problem - however beyond that assuming using an Ethernet cable isn't an option you may need some form of WiFi extender or booster. Sky will sell you an add on like Wi`finMax which can provide extenders or you can buy third party kit.
