Internet and WiFi down

Same, connection is dropped like 3 days ago, I booked an engineer as it says it might be a problem in your area, order is gone internet is still doesn't work

We have the same problem in IP6. Service check through app says all good, but desktop saying "we're sorry you can't connect". This issue has been ongoing for about a month now, engineer been out, agreed we have noise on our line but sky will not send openreach engineer- Why?
