@Matt1396 Without broadband your puck can't work. Broadbamd takes a minimum of 10 working days to be activated/installed, a hub will be sent nearer the broadband start date.

Thank you I thought I must be right my activation date is the end of next week I just thought I may have go5 both the puck and hub at the same time but thank you for answering my question appreciated

This is a frequent point of confusion: Sky aims to ship Stream puck hardware next day, but provisioning broadband ordered at the same time has a minimum ten working day lead time from Openreach.
