TV says we have an Internet connection issue and the Q box in our living room isn't connecting with our main hub. Happened over last 3 days, turned everything off n on, also reset but still has issues. Connection is intermittent on main tv but unable to get sky disney etc on our second hub

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Wilsons2 some what confusing you should inly have one Sky hub which is unit connected to your phone line or full fibre ONT. Are you perhaps confusing thst with a Sky booster with the hub? If you have a black Sky hub then the booster should be the same shape but white. Alternatively are you referring to a Sky Q mini box you have connected to another TV?
Anothercquestion have Sky recently sent you a white Sky hub replacing the older black one?
