Internet Led light off

Hi I've just got my broadband a few days ago and I've done almost every single tip I've been given but none off the above work the internet led still remains off. The WiFi appears on the phone but when you try to use it you get kicked off saying it's not quite setup yet then I do it but it doesn't work still could someone please help me

@Funmilayo What was your actual activation date that sky gave you to go live, have you also had the text from them and if so what does it say!
