My sky broadband didn’t work.

Hi. I internet didn't work since day 1 and I have been holiday. Just back. Try again and again it's not work. I ring last time it's no help. I need engineers on site to help. It's definitely something issue I can't handle.

@Cheng1983 When you post on the Forum then you are not talking to sky and they will be completely unaware off anything regarding your broadband install failure at present as far as they know you could be up and running, same as us as we are all just customers like yourself.
