Internet Keeps dropping out over the last 2 days

Suddenly internet (wireless and ethernet) keeps droppping out. It has dropped out 15 times in 2 days. I have checked and it says there is no issues in my area but something isnt right

I havent had these issues before. I have a cable attachment but it still drops out
