I have internet but cant play online games with PC, Xbox or PS5

Hi, I cant play any online games with PC, Xbox or PS5. The PC has an ethernet connection. The WIfi on the router is pretty poor when using with our phones. I`ve run a speed test and showing 500mbps down and 70mbps up.

Every time we try and start an online game it just hangs.

The subscriptions with Xbox and PS are all up to date. Streaming on TV works fine it just seems to be a games problem.

Anyone have any ideas please?
