Internet In and Out all day, impossible to do anythig

My internet has been dropping all day! It's incredibly frustrating. I've tried the usual fixes like resetting and powering off the router, but nothing seems to work. I can't do anything online - no streaming, gaming, or even basic browsing. The online checker says everything's fine, but it clearly isn't. Any suggestions or advice would be greatly appreciated.

@Sereventu  When running the checker it shows you historical data and you need to click on broadband to get an updated check to find the external fault.

So when I click on "I want to test my broadband again" is not actually testing it?

I even tried to unplug the router and run the test and it said that everything is ok. Is the checker actually checking? It also says "last checked 1 minute ago".
