Hello everyone,

My crazy dog ripped my BT Open Reach socket from the internal wall.

The fibre cable has snapped.

I've reported to Sky today. How long have other users waited for a repair from Open Reach?

Openreach don't do domestic work at weekends: if your job hits an Openreach list on Monday morning they have until the end of Tuesday evening to meet their own target time to fix.
