Internal error 500 on Sky Max Hub admin page

Hi I hope you can help. 

 

I, like many others, am trying to find a solution to the problem of a moderate Nat type on my xbox. This has not previously been an issue with other Internet providers.

 

After reading some suggested fixes, I tried moving my xbox from a static ip to Dhcp, with the intention of moving it back again after. Since doing this, I now cannot view 'connected devices' in the router admin page. Instead I get an internal error message (screenshot attached).

 

Would be grateful for any tips as to how to get this working again so I can continue to battle with the Nat type!

Try factory resetting it
