Wifi Dropping

Hi,

 

My wifi seems to be dropping out a lot - i am trying to work from home and it is a nightmare!

 

I have done the broadband checker in my sky and it is saying no issue but I definitely am.

@Macan35  Seeing that you have 55 hours and 45 minutes up on the system up time and WAN, 2.4 and 5.0 Wi-Fi frequencies as you don't use the LAN ports. The system log is showing the mornal lease and renewal that happens on the router.

Is there a solution to this then as my WiFi is dropping to my computer and my sky q boxes on a regular basis?

@Macan35  Are all of your devices using one frequency that you are using.. How many devices do you have connected to the Wi-Fi?

do you mean the channel?

 

1 main sky box, 1 mini, blink cameras (3) and then my computer.

@Macan35  What is happening with the devices that makes you think they are dropping off the Wi-Fi?

Videos not loading, teams calls not working, unable to access websites, unable to access network drives, vpn dropping- that's just a start

To be clear, the Wi-Fi is still connected at these points but not loading data etc
