Continual broadband drop outs
Since this morning, my broadband is continually dropping out. The app and website seem to think there is no issue, but the constant prompts to "fix it" and the orange lights on my hub would say otherwise. Orange light for internet and voice, internet sometimes has no light, or an orange flashing light. I have followed the instructions to check connections (unplugging etc) and turning the hub off and on again (waiting in between), sometimes, the problem resolves only to reoccur 3 minutes later. I must have followed the steps at least 50 times already today and am about ready to throw the thing out the window.
It's a black sky hub, about 18 months old, connected to a pre-filtered phone line. It's been really reliable the whole time I've had it until today.
Because the app and website seem to think all is okay, I can't get through to any actual help.

I have now managed to book an engineer - eventually timed the check on the app with a drop out. What a ridiculous system.
