Intermittent internet after a repair

Had a problem with internet, had an engineer out,found a problem did a temporary repair,which worked brilliantly had a team out to do a permanent repair and the problem has come back

Hi , yes the internet is intermitant , when it works its good then half way through something it dissapears

Do lights change on the hub at all?
