Waiting Wifi connection for the past 3 months and counting

Hello, 

 

Have you experience long time waiting for connection due to OpenReach ineficiency? I have been waiting for the past 3 months and I have to say, Sky time has been completely useless in providing any information or support beyond... that is what OpenReach told us...

As Sky is still charging my TV - which I can't use because depends on WiFi, I am now planning to fill in a CISAS complaint. Unacceptable to wait 3 months to get connected!!

Did anyone have similar experiences?

Sky should not have started your TV billing if you did not have broadband activated.

As for your broadband, if there is an Openreach issue there isnt much Sky can do.
