Intermittent connection

My wifi keeps going of and the orange light flashes , even though the test signal says everything is good

@Fizz40 the test initially reports the result of the last routine check which was run before your fault started so try clicking to run the test again. If the test then doesn't either tell you Sky are aware of a fault affecting your line or offer to book an engineer call Sky to report it
