Intermittent connection

Our connection keeps going on and off its been doing it for 48hrs. One moment internet light on sky router is green next its orange and so on. Very hard to work. Also are speed is around 11.8 download and 3.8 up when it does work. Your website claims we get 67 this is not true. 

Please send engineer again we had one roughly 2 months ago who said he fixed problem but there may be other issues further down the line. Please help

@Racyroo If you have a fault and sky have the history off it then it is better to call them again, you could also run a diagnotic from your end just in case something can show up when testing, link below to do that!


Try running the line test here to see if any faults are found:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start

You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.

Once completed, if it reports back that all is good click on 'broadband' to run an updated test. If you get amber or red you need to follow the on-screen instructions.

If you’re still having problems you may need to call Sky to report it. Dial 150 free from your Sky Talk landline (if it’s still working).
