Intermittent broadband in chesterfield

Appears to be connected but then drops but still connected. Sky Q no showing images as it should and keeps dropping network.  Any ideas?

The sky checker reports there is an issue. However it is also affecting the sky Q boxes and mini boxes with internet access.  If I connect to the router and no Sky Q box then most of the internet is accessible.
