Problems with my sky tv

Buffering and loading problems with channels on my sky tv, normal tv channels aren't showing hd pictures with poor quality and taking a while to change channels and such, WiFi keeps kicking us off our phones aswell and tv shuts off, very poor service after just sorting out my disgrace of a WiFi service I was receiving for months now this
