Intermittent and wildly fluctuating broadband speed

We have superfast, which current speed accordto the sky app is 65 mbps. My bb speed, checked on broadband speed checker is sometimes as low as 10 and sometimes as high as 65.

I've checked all the things that sky ask you to do and have now exhausted all ideas. They don't seem to have any email address that works. Any ideas to move forward greatly appreciated.

@Goldwheels The Sky speed checker reports the speed of the connection to the router, and that's what Sky are liable to deliver.

 

It's most probable that you're running a Speedtest over WiFi, which isn't an accurate result of your speed, and always wildly fluctuate.

I've now got the stats, but can't seem to copy and paste them or share them. Now feeling like the dumb -est of the dumb.
