Intermittent and slow broadband.

Our broadband often drops out. 
it is generally slow. 
we have had the router for over 9 years. 
move just upgraded to Superfast. 
can we have a new router?

@Starbar48 if your Sky hub is the one on the second line in the picture on this page https://www.sky.com/help/articles/set-up-hub-which-sky-hub-do-you-have Sky will normally replace it if you call them. The others are all current types and if working are not normally swapped. 

 

While its possible your issue is down to a faulty hub it is more likely a line issue especially currently as the very heavy rain has caused loads of issues. If you want advice from forum members post your current hub's stats Find your Sky Broadband router statistics
