Lights on power and WiFi internet not working

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@MichelleOD36 the lack of a green internet light indicates the hub is not connected tomthe cabinet. If yourcservice is still down this morning using a mobile connection log into the My Sky app and run the connection testif it tells you nothing is wrong ignore that which is from the last routine test and click to run it again. If it telss you there is a onown fault in your area you will have to be patient as itvwill be fixed as fast as possible. If it doesnt call Sky and report tge fault.
