Lightning in prestwick and no broadband since

My broadband has not worked since just after 20:00 tonight 28/05/2024 is there an outage ?

@Tonybhoy81 check your hub as thunderstorms frequently cause routerscto fail if yours is dead ie no leds litat all then call Sky to get it swapped out.

 

If the power and wifi lights are green but the internet light is amber or not lit tge hub has lost connection to the cabinet and there maybe a local issue. The best way to check if Sky are aware of the problem is to usexa mobile connection and run the connection test in the My Sky app - ignore the result you see when the test loads as that is from the lastvroutine test click to test again - if Sky arecaware  of an area fault it should tell you. If it doesntvcall Sky and reportvthe fault.
