Intermittent WiFi issues
We have only experienced these frustrating disconnection issues since moving from an EE hub to a Sky hub. Our devices keep disconnecting / no internet including Alexa, smart devices etc. Also TV intermittently sais is has no internet. We wish to cancel the service. Very disappointed.

Re: Intermittent WiFi issues
@Martyn050980 you can cancel Sky Broadbandwithout cost within the first 31 days. See here https://www.sky.com/help/articles/cancel-sky-broadband
I would contact EE first to tell them if you want to return to them.
