Intermittent Issues

I switched to Sky at the beginning of August. I'm on Sky Hub Max 500mb download.
The issues are intermittent, some times my speed will drop randomly on my wifi devices to a few mb download speed. My tv which is wired loses connection for 5-10 minutes at a time randomly. Sometimes everything is fine for a few days at a time. Then other days there is constant speed issues and disconnects.

I went through troubleshooting on the phone with Sky a few times. After another call they said an engineer would check the lines, which is all fine according to them. The light on the hub is always white. The sky service checker(https://www.sky.com/servicechecker) always shows green and for some reason always shows the max speed.

I was with BT previously for 4 years with none of these issues. I switched to Sky as it was slightly cheaper per month.

I'm at a bit of a loss as to what to do next. Sky said they would let me out of contract as the service has been so poor since joining. I would prefer not to have the hassle to switch again, and last I checked this package was better than anything else being offered in terms on price.

Is there anything else I should try?

@Darren_  When you run the service checker this will show historical data. Can you click on broadband to run an updated test please.
