We have a problem where our SKY Q box keeps saying we have no internet connection (no On Demand, or Catch-up etc), plus our computer also keeps dropping connection, yet our router still has all the lights on. This happens for a few seconds only but continuously throughout the day and has been happening for months now. We have rebooted the router many times but no improvement.
Can anyone offer any advice please?

Thanks for looking and getting back to me. I am having constant drops but we now have an engineer coming out so hopefully he will be able to sort it. Thank for your help anyway
