Intermittent Broadband issues

I'm having issues every other day with my broadband. It will completely drop and no pages will load, despite all lights on the router being green and the app saying service is fine.

Ive done a reset as suggested before and reset the main terminal as suggested.

seen other posts saying to share router stats so I've included this.
