my wifi has been poor for a long time

I have run the tests to check my wifi but it always says 'looks good'. i have to always 3come off wifi and use my mobile data instead as my wifi is constantly lagging 

Can i switch provider? or am i under contract

@HD  Only you will know if you are under contract. If you go to the link below and sign in it should tell you when or if you are still in contract by the date
