Discussion topic: Intermiittent broadband outages today

The Internet connection has been very intermittent this afternoon, cutting out regularly throughout the day.

The local Facebook group suggests its happening to everyone in the local area, regardless of ISP.

Is there a network issue and has it been resolved?
