@Sanjeevbaurai run the service checker in the My Sky app to check if there is a known issue affecting your line. If there isnt and the issue continues gove Sky a call.

The same way you reported the issue originally. Presumably it was an Openreach engineer that came out so what did they say?

They said they would report back to Sky and we should hear back but we haven't. He said to phone Sky but every number I've phoned just ends up being cut off. I've asked for another engineer to come which was over a week ago and still not heard anything
