@JonnyMac1975Did it say that this was part of the install that you needed an engineer visit or was it a remote activation. This information would be in track orders in my account.

@JonnyMac1975  I'm afraid you are not talking to Sky directly, this is a customer helps customer forum.

 

If it's for a new installtion & assuming it's not FTTP then this can be done remotely & can take up to midnight to be completed.

 

 

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
