Broadband equiment returns

I am being asked to return Sky Q hub and Booster or will be charged. What is a booster?  Not aware i have one?

That is probably a standard letter/email that is sent out. Return all loaned equipment and make sure you keep your proof of posting safe and indefinitely.

The letter just outlines all the costs for the equipment, so we are transparent around the amount you may be charged. 

You just return what equipment you specifically have.
