I am a new sky broadband and tv customer. It was arranged for an engine eee to visit on 13th Dec and waited in for the 8am to 1pm duration however no-one arrived. I used the I line system to report a missed visit and was advised to wait 2 days as a re-arranged time will be available. This has not happened as still shows engineer visit on 13th Dec is in progress. I am now paying for broadband that has yet to be installed and have had no correapondence about when an engineer will visit. Please can someone advise on what I need to do to be able to get connected to broadband.
